Refund Policy

All items are made to order. Production begins once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@2wenty2clothing.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • We do not accept returns without prior contact

  • We are not responsible for sizing issues, so please check our size guide before ordering
